Items are non refundable however we will exchange the item for a different size. You will need to contact us via email at enquiries@maleorderonly.com within 24hrs of receiving the item(s), stating the alternative size required. Underwear and aftershaves / skincare, if opened, are non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods at your own expense. Please state on your invoice the size exchange you require and send it back to M.O.O. Exchange, PO BOX 343, Darlinghurst NSW 2010 Australia immediately.
Note: postage returns on size exchanges are at your own expense, to ensure you choose the correct size please refer to the sizing chart provided.
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email enquiries@maleorderonly.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return with a photo detailing the damage, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. You have 3 days from receiving the faulty item to return it to us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
