Hot Australian Brand Set to Show Collection During Fashion Week in Los Angeles
(Los Angeles, CA) August 6, 2007- Aussie Actor doubles up as Australian fashion ambassador. Male Order Only, is the brainchild of owner and creative director Hareth Tayem and his business partner, James McCullagh (press and marketing manager). Male Order Only is a website dedicated to all things style and fashion, but as the name suggests, it is exclusively for men.
As a fashion conscious, Australian male Hareth realized that there were "no shops for men which offered a variety of exclusive labels all in one place"
Enter Male Order Only, an online boutique which gives men from all over the world, an easy way to buy exclusive Australian fashion. Men can buy entire outfits from shirts, to shoes to accessories without having to leave the comfort of their chair.
Male Order Only launched itself onto the fashion scene in true style last year at Peroni's megawatt launch "Italian Style in a Bottle" event in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
And people from around the world have noticed. After only one year Male Order Only has over 2,000 members "from Australia, to Indonesia, to Scandinavia".
The success of the website has led the boys to develop their very own label titled "Celebrity Uniform". Tayem's first collection, set to launch at LA Fashion Week in October draws heavily on both celebrities with headscarves (from $49), Arabic print tees (from $99) and Kaftans ($130) featuring throughout. "Tattooed" jeans, screen printed in Los Angeles and finished with Australian and Asian embellishments, will be on offer and is priced from $199.00.
"This collection celebrates the immaculate clothing male celebrities have access to and making them reachable for us mere mortals. We go by the saying 'fake it till you make it'." (Says Tayem)
Hareth and James will also make an appearance in San Francisco to present 'Celebrity Uniform' at the Style Festival, which is a one day event taking place on Saturday, September 29th. The boys will do press and take media calls during the week, stopping only to attend the pre-party on Friday night at CINDA.
'Celebrity Uniform' will be available through maleorderonly.com and select American stockists, and is set to hit Australian Stores as early as December. After this whirlwind tour Hareth and James will concentrate on international markets. They plan to launch Male Order Only and 'Celebrity Uniform' in both Dubai and Barcelona by late 2007/ early 2008.
